Dili Weekend Getaway – Adara Explorer

Over a three-day weekend, explore the most beautiful and secluded places on the island in between the two most famed snorkeling spots on Atauro. Arrive in Beloi to meet your guide, spending your first evening on the island relaxing in a hammock at Barry’s place. The morning of your second day, begin the hike over to Adara with a local guide, stopping along the way to learn about the history and culture of Arlo and Adara villages. Spend a night in Mario’s place along the white-sand secluded beach, with a morning boat ride up the coast to some of the best snorkeling spots and the option of freediving with the wawata topu, the famous female freedivers of Timor-Leste. Return on Sunday or Monday, depending on your schedule, for a final night in Barry’s place before returning to Dili. If you are eager to scuba dive during this trip, that can also be arranged.
