Alda’s Homestay is located in Suco Beloi, just minutes from the beach: you can take full advantage of snorkeling on the beautiful coral reefs just offshore or squeeze in a dive organized by Alda. Alda’s Homestay offers clean and simple rooms, with your own private bed and space to unpack your belongings (in the likely event you end up staying longer than you intended!). Alda is a multilingual language lover, able to speak English, Indonesian, Tetun and basic Portuguese. His family is always eager to share stories with tourists and learn new skills, from cooking to English phrases (perhaps some French or Italian too!). Alda can assist in organizing tours around the island, stays in other villages, and diving and snorkeling trips all over the island. At Alda’s, you will get the chance to really understand the lived experience of Alda’s family who always welcome their guests with wonderful enthusiasm and warmth.
