Uma Ba Futuru is divided into three charming small houses located right on the ocean near the small village of Vila. For travelers who enjoy a bit more independence and freedom, this works perfectly.
The first house offers four single beds (bunk-bed style), while the second features a queen bed and two single beds (bunk-bed style). The third house is a cement house with a studio including a double bed and the kitchen and bathroom attached. All houses have shared access to the kitchen, an eco-style toilet, and hose/bucket shower facilities. For larger groups, guests are able to bring tents to camp onsite free of charge.
About Ba Futuru: Ba Futuru is an NGO based in Dili that works to protect children, reduce violence, empower women and inspire young learners throughout Timor-Leste. Proceedings from the rentals of Uma Ba Futuru goes towards the funding of Ba Futuru’s many projects in Timor-Leste.
